Over the years, Javier witnessed the frustration that can occur for homeowners when communication and project management break down. It’s why JRO Builders is built on the core values of honesty, communication, accountability, and no shortcuts.
Javier built his hands-on general contracting approach from the ground up. With years of experience in construction, he’s personally wielded many a hammer, drill, and multitude of tools building a wide variety of construction projects. Along the way he discovered designing and fabricating creative, custom ironworks solutions is both a skill set and a creative outlet he enjoys.
